Genevieve’s family project was a rewarding experience for us, and we are thrilled with the outcome. We left them delighted with their newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, and garage—check out their statement below!
To enhance the kitchen’s functionality, we relocated it from a smaller room to a larger space, making use of the extra area available. The result is a spacious, highly functional kitchen featuring a beautiful quartzite countertop, sleek stainless steel appliances, black hardware on white shaker-style cabinets, and a large window over the sink that brings in plenty of natural light. We also installed additional lighting to create a bright and cozy atmosphere.
Beyond the kitchen, we were honored to remodel their garage, partially renovate their master bathroom, and install waterproof laminate flooring throughout most of the house.
In the garage, we insulated the walls and ceiling, replaced the old roll-out door with an insulated one, refinished the drywall to a smooth finish, and installed durable diamond plate tile flooring. We also designed a practical laundry area and added extensive cabinetry to maximize functionality.
For the master bathroom, we addressed a leakage issue by replacing the bathtub and correcting faulty plumbing. We ensured proper waterproofing, installed elegant tile up to the ceiling, incorporated a spacious shampoo niche, and completed the look with a high-quality glass installation.
