Folsom Attic Conversion ADU
This is a project you don't come across too often. Not only was this an ADU Addition, it was attic conversion as well. To put this project into perspective, the client had a very large attic space that she wanted to convert into a 1 bed 1 bath ADU. We had to cut into the existing roof to create a dormer for the bedroom and build a staircase into the ADU with access from the outside landing and also the garage. Inside the ADU it has a kitchen, full size bathroom, double stack laundry closet, full pantry closet, and a full size master bedroom with a closet. All modern finishes and comfort of a new build. Total project time for construction was 4 months from start to finish.
